If we Can’t Beat Them From The Outside, We Must Lead Them From The Top

 

America is in crisis not from foreign threats, but from internal rot. The very branches of government designed to balance power and protect liberty have become shelters for the corrupt. Judges use immunity as a shield. Prosecutors twist justice into punishment. Officers patrol with impunity, not integrity. Politicians enrich themselves while ignoring the cries of the people. This is not a democracy it is the beginning of monarchy.

 

I, John Robert Badger, have lived the consequences of a broken system:

 

Pulled over without cause

 

Followed by officers from Ouachita Parish

 

Threatened by District Attorney John Pham who said, on a recorded phone call, that he would add more charges if I exercised my constitutional right to a trial

 

Dismissed by judges like Dowdy who silence justice instead of upholding it

 

Ignored by the FBI, despite multiple reports and documented threats

 

 

This isn’t speculation. This is evidence.

This is America if we don’t change it.

 

 

This isn't just about my life. This is about yours.

 

Farmers are suffering small family farms are collapsing under corporate monopolies, inflation, and foreign takeovers.

 

Citizens can’t afford homes or healthcare, yet we spend billions sending military aid abroad while ignoring our own.

 

Immigration is weaponized not in favor of humanity or security, but for profit and political leverage. I'm not saying illegal immigration should be rewarded, but the way we process it today is inhumane, chaotic, and unsafe for all sides. No proper advocacy exists. No safety net. No accountability. Only chaos.

 

Meanwhile, our current President acts like he’s above the Constitution. He defies oversight, undermines checks and balances, and threatens the core of our republic. This is not leadership. It’s tyranny in slow motion.

 

 

If I am elected President in 2028:

 

 I will end immunity protections for judges, officers, and prosecutors who abuse their positions

 I will remove state-level laws written for profit or that violate the U.S. Constitution

 I will restructure the Department of Justice, replacing federal branches in corrupt states like Louisiana with new oversight panels

 I will reopen dismissed cases that were ignored because of race, class, or status

 I will defund the FBI in states where misconduct is proven, and replace them with honest, vetted oversight teams

 I will bring balance back to the three branches of government, putting Congress, the Courts, and the Presidency back under the rule of the people not personal ambition

 

 

Our forefathers gave us a blueprint: a constitutional republic based on law, equality, and shared power. But modern politicians have buried that blueprint under:

 

Laws written for revenue, not justice

 

Policies designed to imprison, not rehabilitate

 

Executive orders that look more like royal decrees than democratic governance

 

That ends with me.

On Day One, I will review and repeal any state or federal law that:

 

Contradicts the Constitution

 

Exploits citizens financially

 

Creates classes of immunity for public officials

 

 

 

We are not free just because we have elections.

We are free when no citizen lives in fear of the system meant to protect them.

We are free when the law applies equally to the President and the prisoner.

We are free when the voices of farmers, immigrants, veterans, and the working poor are heard louder than lobbyists and billionaires.

 

That’s the America I’ll fight for.

 

If we want to remain a free nation, we must:

 

Reinforce the commandments of our founding

 

Remove those who seek a throne, not a term

 

Restore justice not just for some, but for all
